When I came to Florida ten years ago this July, I had the hardest time trying to find gluten-free treats. This was such a big disappointment to me as I always looked forward to my occasional gluten-free treat with my coffee. In Rhode Island, I had quite a few spots that I could go to. Opening a cafe had always been a dream of mine as I am a bit of a coffee connoisseur, and my kitchen at home looks like a coffee bar!

Over a year ago, I met a wonderful baker at a local fair who not only makes regular baked goods, but she makes gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan varieties. I discovered that they taste magical and I was in heaven! I quickly became her weekly customer. 

Not long after, my position at work had been eliminated and I was feeling uncertain. I soon realized that everything happens for a reason and that when one door closes, another opens! This was my chance to make my dream come true to open a cafe. After some searching, I had found the perfect baker and a spot to make it happen. So now on this journey, I can dedicate 100% to making it a success!
